Totally thrilled with my buy. This is definitely one of the best investments I've made. After a long while, I finally had a good night's sleep. I highly suggest it. I checked out their shop a few times before making my decision. The staff were super patient and really helpful with what I needed. I'm really glad I chose prestige beds. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Great service as always

The customer service was really impressive when we were picking out our bed, and there was a solid variety to choose from. Unfortunately, I can't give it a full 5 stars because after waiting two weeks for our bed, they sent the wrong color. While I understand that mistakes can happen—especially with manufacturers—there was no follow-up call or explanation about the re-delivery. I had to reach out myself to get any info, and honestly, I'm still a bit in the dark. After spending over a grand, I expected a bit more clarity. So, not quite 5-star service in my book.

Just to clarify, I know Lisa said it would be re-delivered on Wednesday, but I mentioned three times during my call that we won't be around then. No new date or plan was set, which is why I'm still feeling a bit lost.

The team here is super knowledgeable and really friendly, not at all pushy. They’re honest and very accommodating. The delivery crew is also top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this place, and I already have!

Received the wrong mattress. No apology was offered. They mentioned it would take a week for a replacement. It's been over a week now, and still no call. I'm left without a usable mattress! This ain't exactly how customer service should work.
